This policy explains how VPNRC handles data when providing international route subscriptions and operating its website and user panel. Account management, payments and technical support involve different uses of information, as described below. Account Details and Order Records
VPNRC requires no email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Providing a registration email is not a condition of use. Account details are used to verify identity, maintain login sessions and manage subscription benefits. Passwords are used for authentication and are not part of site analytics or marketing analysis.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status and refund processing details. They are used to confirm benefits, verify payments and handle disputes. Ticket contents and diagnostic information voluntarily provided by users are used to resolve the relevant issue. Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials or subscription links in a ticket. If troubleshooting requires a screenshot, conceal any account access credentials shown in it.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Handling
VPNRC does not record which websites users visit through subscription routes, store browsing histories, webpage content or message contents, or create a personal list of destinations that can be used to trace activity. Website visit analytics and browsing activity on subscription routes are separate matters and should not be conflated.
Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are used only while the connection is active and are not retained as connection history after the session ends. Plan data usage and subscription status are used for billing and benefit management and do not include specific destinations. Client logs voluntarily submitted for troubleshooting are handled as ticket materials; review and remove sensitive content before submitting them.
Visit Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess page usage, identify broken links and improve the reading experience. They may include the marketing pages visited, referral channels and browser environment. This information is used to analyze website operations; it is not used to reconstruct browsing activity on subscription routes and should not include passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save login credentials and remember language preferences, depending on the feature. Users can clear or restrict this data in their browser settings. Clearing it may require logging in again, and preferences may return to their defaults. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPNRC supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network. VPNRC confirms benefits using information associated with the order and the payment result; users are not asked to submit their third-party payment account passwords to this site.
Third parties handle payment information under their own policies. Necessary order and transaction information may be processed to complete transactions, verify refunds or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNRC does not sell account details. When disclosure is required by law, information is handled only to the extent required by the relevant obligation.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to maintain accounts and subscription services. Order and refund records are retained as needed to verify transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Tickets and troubleshooting materials are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Site analytics are deleted or aggregated once their analysis purpose has been fulfilled. As different data serves different purposes, no single fixed retention period is promised.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct or delete account details through the support ticket portal. VPNRC will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Records related to pending orders, disputes or legal retention obligations can be handled after the relevant matter is resolved. Deleting an account may affect subscription use and does not replace a refund request.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. If a new use legally requires additional authorization, the details will be provided and the required authorization obtained before processing begins.
